De TL-SM5110-LR breidt het overdrachtsbereik uit door middel van een 10 Gbps ethernetverbinding. Dit is een krachtige 10GBASE-LR 1310 nm single-mode SFP+-transceiver. Hij biedt ondersteuning voor full duplex, 10G ethernetverbindingen tot een afstand van 10 km in combinatie met 9/125µm glasvezelkabels.
